We use Agile product development, 1 or 2-weeks sprint cycle, pre-inception to kickoff the project, sprint planning (breakdown/estimation task/stories) and daily standup (sync/async). We use project tracker such as Asana, Trello, JIRA to manage the project.

If you are ready with the PRD dan the Design (including flow), we can start directly with development process right from the first sprint after the pre-inception.

UI & UX Design & Product Management
You may come to us only with the high-level concept of your product based  so still need to be assessed further to make it ready-to-develop. If that’s the case, feel free to consult with us. We can provide product management to make PRD or detailed specs for you, up till to design & prototype.  

Support and Maintenance
Upon completion and delivery of the, you have the opportunity to purchase an extended support agreement for continued support, feature additions, and issue resolution.
