1) Discovery
This is an important step to understand if we are a good fit for you. This includes aligning your time line, budget, expectations, etc aligned. This is when you would tell us in detail what what you want to achieve and we plus introduce yourself to our team.

2) Scoping
During this step, we will sit together and scope out the exact features and architecture of your app. We will also plan the app into milestones so you know what to expect at different points during your app development process. This ensures that all of us aligned on goals and timeline on all work. You can give detailed feedback to us which we will use to align the scope with your vision.

3) Design
This is when you work with a UX/UI champion and sculpt the visual identity of your application based on the scope created in the previous step. At the end of this step, you will know exactly how the product will look and function. Once everyone is aligned on the vision for how the final product would look, feel, and function we start with the next stage.

4) Development
With the scoping document, that tells us how the application works, and the designs, that tell us how the application looks, we start with a multiphase development of the application. We meet with you at regular intervals to give you updates about the application development process and get feedback from you.

5) Review
After the development of the app is complete, we do multiple rounds of Quality Assessment (QA) of the app before handing it over to you. You get a 30 day window when you can test your app and get support from our team.

6) After Handover Support
For most companies, launch is just the start to a new adventure of getting the app to market and making iterations by launching newer versions with enhanced features. We work with clients in 2 capacities after the review period is over:

a) One-time build time: This can be used as added development time to add new features to your application
or
b) Ongoing monthly capacity: Think of us as your in-house team maintaining your application, preventing bugs or regression, and adding new features when needed.
