We asked No-Code Cycle founder, Adam Lack, about building a marketplace app that allows people to buy and sell no-code projects. He has a background in the entertainment production industry and discovered Bubble while looking for a way to build a tool without code. He chose Bubble because the no-code platform enabled him to build his app quickly and make changes without having to involve a third party.
Tell us about your app and what it does.
No-Code Cycle is a marketplace for people to buy and sell no-code projects. With its built in messaging system, we help to facilitate the sale of projects in various stages of completion. Users can list projects built on a wide range of no-code platforms (including Bubble).
How does your app work?
Anyone can browse through the projects that are for sale and can narrow down their search using a range of filters. By creating a free account, users can post their own projects for sale and then manage the listings through their personal dashboard. Listing view counts are tracked so that the project owner can see how their listings are performing over time.
Tell us a little about your background and how you discovered no-code tools like Bubble.
My background is in the entertainment production industry and I discovered Bubble while looking around for a way to build a tool that I had in mind without being able to code at all. I have been completely hooked on using Bubble for the past 5 years.
Why did you build your app on Bubble?
Bubble allowed me to build my app quickly and I love having the ability to make changes on the fly without having to involve a third party. What could have taken months to build using traditional code took me a matter of weeks as I was able to put my ideas immediately into action.
What have been your milestones or successes so far?
I am proud that, at the time of writing, we have 8 projects listed for sale and more on the way so stay tuned!
What are your next steps or future plans for your app?
I plan to continue building out the app with more features and to grow the marketplace to create as much value as I can for the users. I am always encouraging, and looking out for feedback from my users to further guide the next stages of my app development.
