I love-love-LOVE beginners! Also love: Core Bubble Functionality, Data Structure, Responsive Design, Logic (Workflows), App Planning. APIs aren't my absolute favorite thing, but I can probably help (and if I can't, I'll refund your money and refer you to someone who can!).


What Coaching w/Me Looks Like
--------------
Sessions can take a number of forms, depending on your learning style. If you're a "learn by doing" type, you can share your screen while you build and I can talk you through the steps and relevant concepts to accomplish what you're wanting to do; Alternatively, you can give me access to your app and I can drive, explaining my thought process and the concepts and strategies I'm using as I go. In either case, you'll have a recording of your session that you can watch back later to reinforce the concepts we've covered and apply them on your own between sessions.

Typically, folks come with a specific question or blocker they're trying to get past, but if you're brand new to Bubble, we can also start with just an idea, and work through the building process together, from planning to launch.


About Me
--------------
Prior to discovering Bubble, I had a long and frustrating career as a nonprofit ops director, patchworking clunky, poorly-designed systems together to make order from chaos. I then took a 6-year detour into the world of branding & web design, where I was equally frustrated - this time by the subjectivity involved and the “who knows if that worked?” nature of my efforts. But those two disparate skills - despite their irritations - positioned me perfectly to become one of those rare Bubblers who can both design beautiful apps, and also make them work. I am daily amazed by the power of this platform and the possibilities that it provides to normal, non-technical people with good ideas. I help founders and dreamers build out their ideas as a freelance visual developer, educator, and coach. Since 2022, I've been teaching live courses for Bubble, and am proud to be the instructor for their Immerse program for non-traditional founders.

Scheduling
--------------
I live in Spain but I work primarily with U.S. clients (b/c my Spanish is still 💩), so I make sure I'm available most U.S. mornings during the work week. Take a look at my booking link to see when I'm available (and feel free to email me if you can't find a time that works for you!).


No-Show Policy
--------------
Because I've had a number of no-shows in the past, I've had to institute a "use it or lose it" policy. If it's clear the person is not coming, I mark the session as completed so that I'm compensated for my time. But! Because I am very nice, I allow for rescheduling that session the first time it happens. Stuff comes up, I get it. (After that, no dice!)
