Here's the exact process I use:
1. Initial meeting to discuss the idea
2. I take some time to scope things out and plan how we'll execute
3. I meet my clients and tell them exactly what we're building and what they should expect. If they're technical enough, I share how we'll be doing it as well
4. I've got a very small team of junior devs that help me in my work
5. We prepare the database and the frontend first
6. Once approved, we add in workflows and complex logic
7. Our clients always get 2 weeks of review once a feature is pushed out
8. Clients can get as many revisions within the 2 weeks of review
9. My most important metric of success is client satisfaction - I try my absolute best that the client is happy by the end of the process!
