Clients usually come to me when they want to turn a business process that hasn’t been systemized yet into a solid, streamlined product, or when they need someone to fix their existing app. I combine technical expertise in Bubble with a product-focused approach that keeps things structured, scoped, and moving forward.
What I do

- Build new apps from scratch. You bring the business need, I turn it into a real product, with clean architecture, clear UX, scalable foundations.
- Improve or repair existing apps. When your app slows down, becomes chaotic to maintain, or starts behaving in ways you can’t explain, I identify the root causes and redesign what needs to be fixed: database, workflows, logic, or UX.
- Consulting to unblock issues. Sometimes you don’t need a full project, just someone who actually knows how Bubble works. I step in, analyse, explain what’s going wrong, and show you how to fix it.

How I work

Every project starts with a 30-minute call to understand your context. I ask questions, challenge assumptions, and clarify the real problem you need solved. From there, the process is structured and predictable:

1. Cadrage - We define user stories:  who uses the app, what they need to do. This gives us the feature set, roles & permissions.
User flows: A high-level view of how users move through the app to validate the product logic. Wireframes in Figma: We align on the layout and interactions early to eliminate ambiguity before development begins.

2. Development on Bubble I build the app based on the agreed structure: clean database, reusable components, role-based permissions and security rules, performant workflows, scalable logic, and UX that makes sense.
Rigorous testing as features are delivered Security and testing aren't an afterthought, they’re embedded in every stage to avoid regressions, data leaks, or fragile logic.

Collaboration You get access to a dedicated project portal that centralizes everything: project phases and milestones, documents, time tracking. You can comment directly in the same place and follow-up real time visibility on projet progress.
