1. Discovery & Scoping - To begin with, we have face to face discussions to understand your requirements in depth, prepare a scope document and review with you before even we provide our estimation on timelines and effort. Upon approval of the scope, we have a digitally signed contract with our commitments to deliver on time and budget.

2. Design & Implement - After kickoff, we prepare UI mockups, application and DB designs and review with customers for inputs and feedback. Only after the designs are approved, we proceed with the implementation phase. During implementation, we have periodical checkpoints to show progress and share status with you.

3. Validate & Release - Towards the completion of the project, we have a through end to end testing done and hand-off for your validation. Once you are satisfied with the quality of the release, we help push the project to production.

4. Post Release Support - We provide free support for the applications we build for a duration of upto a month, to ensure your initial days with the app are hassle and bug free. If required, we can also provide annual maintenance contracts for very nominal charge helping you focus on your business while we support the app.
