We start with a focused call to understand your project, your goals, and your constraints. No jargon, no sales pitch — just an honest conversation about what you need and whether no-code is the right fit. At the end, you'll receive a clear recommendation and a rough timeline.

2. Scoping & proposal (3–5 days)
We translate your idea into a detailed project scope: key features, data structure, integrations, and milestones. You receive a fixed-price proposal with a delivery timeline. No surprise costs, no open-ended retainers.

3. Build & iterate (3–6 weeks) - 1 week sprints
We build in short cycles and share progress every week. You test early, give feedback, and we adjust fast. All work is done on Bubble, with n8n/Make automations and AI integrations wired in where needed. You always have access to the editor throughout the process.

4. Launch & handover
We deploy your app, write clear documentation, and walk you through everything so your team can manage it independently. Need ongoing support or coaching post-launch? We offer maintenance plans and training sessions on Bubble, Airtable & n8n.
