NOTE FOR USERS ON A BUBBLE AGENCY PLAN
DocuPotion needs to be able to navigate to your app in order to create PDFs. If you are on an agency plan, or have restricted access to your app via a username/password, DocuPotion will not be able to access your app by default and you will get blank PDFs. However, you can give DocuPotion access to your app by following the simple steps outlined in this article.

FAQ
How can I change the quality of the PDF generated by DocuPotion?
You can control the quality of your PDF via the 'Device Scale Factor' field that comes with the 'Create PDF' action and by changing the elements you put on the Bubble page itself. See this article for full details.

Does DocuPotion use a 3rd party server?
Yes, DocuPotion uses an AWS server to create PDFs. DocuPotion does not save down any of the PDFs created to our own database. Certain information is retained in the DocuPotion logs for 48 hours (for customer support purposes), before being automatically deleted.

Does DocuPotion respect privacy rules?
Yes, you can 'run as a certain user’ by using the Magic Link field that comes with the ‘Create PDF’ action. See this article for full details.

I'm following the instructions but my PDF is blank. Why?
This typically occurs when a username/password is required to access your app. This can happen if you're on a Bubble agency plan and haven't yet transferred the app to your client. You can give DocuPotion access to your app by following the simple steps outlined in this article.

Some of my repeating group data is not appearing in the PDF?
This happens because DocuPotion is creating the PDF before all of the data is loaded. The solution is to tick the 'Show all items immediately' option on the repeating group. See this article for full details.
