Setting Up Rich Text Editor

Ensure you have a Bubble.io account.

Step 1: Install the Plugin

1. Go to the Bubble.io Editor for your application.
2. Navigate to the Plugin tab.
3. Search for "Rich Text Editor Plugin" in the Bubble Plugin marketplace.
4. Click "Install" to add the plugin to your application.

Step 2: Configure the Plugin

1. After installation, go to the Plugin settings.
2. Enter your API key and other necessary credentials obtained from the Rich Text Editor service provider.
3. Save the configurations.

Step 3: Create the Editing Workflows

1. Go to the Workflow tab in your Bubble.io Editor.
2. Create a new workflow for the event you want to trigger the rich text editor (e.g., button click).
3. Add an action and select the Rich Text Editor action from the list of available actions.
4. Configure the editing action by specifying the editor settings and other parameters.

Step 4: Design the Editing Page

1. Go to the Design tab in your Bubble.io Editor.
2. Create a new page or use an existing one where you want to add the rich text editor.
3. Drag and drop the Rich Text Editor element onto the page.
4. Set the editor’s workflow to trigger the Rich Text Editor workflow you created earlier.
5. Customize the editor's appearance and layout to fit your application's design.

Step 5: Test the Integration

1. Preview your Bubble.io application.
2. Navigate to the editing page and use the rich text editor to create and format content.
3. Complete a test to ensure everything is working correctly and the editor is functioning properly.

Step 6: Handle Edited Content

1. Go to the Workflow tab to handle post-editing actions.
2. Add a workflow that triggers upon successful content editing.
3. Configure this workflow to perform necessary actions like saving the edited content to the database, displaying a confirmation message, or updating the user interface based on the edited content.
