Always follow this order: Start → Add Content → Finish

STEP 1 — Start New PDF
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Always run this first. Clears previous content and
starts a fresh document. Supports:
- Page size (A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, B4, B5,
 Letter, Legal, Executive, Custom)
- Custom dimensions in mm (for stickers,
 barcodes, thermal labels)
- Orientation (Portrait / Landscape)
- Custom margins
- Default font size

STEP 2 — Add Content (repeat as needed)

- Paste any public image URL from your database
- Set width, height, alignment, and spacing
- Supports logos, signatures, photos, QR codes

ADD TEXT
- Basic text block with font size, bold, alignment
- Perfect for simple headings and paragraphs

ADD TEXT PRO
- Connects directly to any rich text editor output
- Auto-detects BBCode (Bubble RTE) or HTML (Air RTE)
- Supports bold, italic, underline, color, headings,
 lists, links, highlight, and more
- Set Font Color, Size, Line Height, Margins from DB

ADD ADVANCED TABLE
- Up to 8 columns
- Set headers as comma-separated text
- Connect each column to a database field list
- Custom column widths (e.g. *, auto, 50, 100)
- Branded header color + optional zebra striping

ADD FOOTER
- Custom footer text on every page
- Optional page numbers (e.g. "1 of 5")
- Alignment and font size control

ADD PAGE BREAK
- Starts a new page at any point in the document

Built-in toolbar includes:
- Print — opens print dialog
- Download — saves to device
- Share — native share sheet on mobile
 (WhatsApp, Email, AirDrop etc.)
- Open in New Tab — full screen view

Toolbar can be shown or hidden. Each button
can be individually shown or hidden. Colors
fully customizable. Position top or bottom.

For custom UI — hide the toolbar and use the
individual actions on your own buttons instead.

A6         → Small labels, receipts
A7         → Price tags, tiny stickers
B4         → Larger stickers, posters
B5         → Notebooks, mid-size reports
Letter     → USA standard documents
Legal      → USA legal documents
Executive  → Business stationery
Custom     → Enter width and height in mm
            Perfect for thermal labels,
            barcodes, and any non-standard size

💡 PRO TIPS

- Always run Start New PDF first — every time
- Use Bubble Color Picker for all color fields
- Table column data = Search for Things:each item's Field
- Save PDF URL with :saved to S3 for permanent storage
- Add Text Pro works with zero setup — just connect
 your rich text editor's value and done
- For stickers — set Custom size to your label
 dimensions in mm and set all margins to 5
- For thermal labels — use landscape orientation
 with custom width and height
