当プラグインを利用することで、WindowsのExcelでCSVを開いても文字化けが発生しなくなります。具体的には、CSVダウンロードする際の文字コードをUTF-8からShift-jisに変換してダウンロードします（改行コードはCRLF）
[新機能]
・text形式でCSV出力データを設定できる機能を追加
上記により全銀フォーマットのようなヘッダ部、データ部、フッター部でカラム数が異なるCSVでも出力可能になりました。
・プラグインを有料から無料に変更し、ソースコードを公開しました。

Instructions

■使い方 １）workflowでpluginsの「csv download」を選択してください。text、jsonでそれぞれ設定が可能ですが、textの方が設定が容易かつ行数などを柔軟に変更できます。
２）ファイル名と出力データを設定します。
３）出力データはJSON形式/TEXT形式の２つで設定することが可能です。JSON形式の設定方法が分からない場合は下記のURLをご参照ください。

■注意点
常用漢字は文字化けはしませんが、ほとんど利用されない珍しい漢字（第三水準文字・第四水準文字）に関しては一部で文字化けが発生します。
文字化けする漢字の一覧を下記のURLに記載していますのでご利用の用途に応じて許容できるか事前にご確認ください。
