This plugin shows a JS/CSS calendar instantly, however it comes pre-selected to the current month. You can't change this pre-selection, nor add minimum and maximum values. Its really fast, but I find it hard to have a usecase without any parameters available.

Would be really nice to have a INITIAL DATE RANGE option.
In my application some parts the dafault 1 month its fine, but other parts its important show 1 year.
Bugs in custom code

We have followed the instructions from the video, however we kept getting the error codes which cited there are bugs in the custom code, "please report this to the plugin author".
