Filter a list of "things" using checkboxes and sliders.
Think of it like the product filters you see on webshops. Where range-sliders determine the min/max of a price, and checkboxes filter the category/color/size of a product.

Support to display various datatypes.


⚠️ This package currently contains a second facet filter. This widget is currently in BETA / testing and uses the same field selectors used in our table widget.

Instructions

Feed the widget with Things and specify the "fields" that should be subject to filtering. The fields will be displayed as categories, while the values will be be shown (aggregated) for filtering. Depending on the field's data-type you might want to specify "formatter". Next use the widget's output as input for e.g. a table (see the demo page for an impression).

Big time and headache saver

Love it. Super easy to configure and is very powerful. Wish there were some more styling options but this should be semi-easily achieved with some CSS. All in all fantastic, thanks =)

I had spent ages looking for a search engine that could perform this seemingly simple task of filtering search results and was on my last straw when I found this. It can filter by a list of things, and also works beutifully if you pair it with the Algolia plugin or QuickFind to speed up the search. The advanced filter even lets you filter by things connected to different data types. Even better is that I was encountering a bug and after emailing the author he replied in 2 hours and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Thank you! The only limitations is that there is limited customisation you can do in terms of the UI, but a small price to pay for an excellent filter!
