To better assist you, we would like to clarify a potential scenario that might explain the issue you're describing. If your users are opening the application in multiple tabs within the same browser, the plugin will generate the same fingerprint ID, as this is how the underlying library functions. The same fingerprint is expected across different tabs or sessions of the same browser.

However, if this is not your case, please provide more information about the specific circumstances under which this is happening.
