Bubble's Table element can sort the columns in your data type. GridKit sorts the columns you actually care about: fields from related types (Order -> Customer's name, Assignment -> Company's revenue) and computed values (line counts, invoice totals, counts from a search) - the values Bubble's search cannot sort or filter on.
- Any expression becomes a column. Pass a list of texts/numbers/dates per column - the same expressions you would put in a text element.
- Default sort that sticks. Set the column and direction on load; it survives filtering.
- Shift-click for multi-key sorts, click again to reverse, a third time to clear.
- Search across every visible column, plus per-column filter clauses (equals, contains, greater than, between, empty...).
- Built for big lists. Rows are virtualised - 5,000 rows scroll like 50.
- Export CSV or Excel (.xlsx) from exactly what is on screen: sorted, filtered, formatted.
- Keyboard and screen-reader friendly. Real headers with aria-sort, focusable rows, Enter/Space to sort.
