1. Draw it from visual elements
2. Open edit tab for this element

3. Insert a dynamic or static value (number)

4. Go workflow and create an event whatever you want (For example: Page is loaded or scroll position > 100)

5. Create an action and watch this way: Element actions > run an increasing number

Note: If you call it with animation like that preview, the animation time should be twice run of delay time. ( For example: If you insert 1000 to delay time for run action, your animation duration(ms) should be 2000 for good looking.)

Note 2:If you insert a dynamic value to this plugin and that plugin's delay time have low value, sometimes it shows "0". You can increase the delay time in workflow run action to fix that.
