Instructions

Create a project on the Clarity Portal (https://clarity.microsoft.com)
Go to the project settings tab and copy the project id
Add the plugin to your bubble app
Paste the Clarity project id to complete the setup of the plugin
Access your Clarity project here: https://clarity.microsoft.com

missing the ability to associate bubble users to clarity users

This is a simple and super powerful plugin for solid analytics but it is a glaring error to not have the ability to associate a bubble user to a clarity user. 

'Save bubble user id for Clarity' action is not working but the rest is good

It's really easy to installand start tracking the traffic of  your website. The only problem i have seen is the action 'Save bubble user id for Clarity' is not working. It asks me to enter my api key when I click in the workflow action. Then when  i click it, it just redirects me to the plugin page where I have already filled my clarity project ID for both enviroments

Can we exclude certain pages?

Is it possible to exclude certain page from being recorded or better if I can specify the page I would like to be recorded

Not sure what should we input for this parameter can you help with this?

it's a legacy way to use the bubble user id, it will be removed in a future version so please don't use it. Instead you can use "Save bubble user id for Clarity" action. (plugin author)

Saving a Bubble User ID does not work

Followed the steps but it still gives a custom clarity ID

After following those steps please allow few hours for the data to appear on Clarity (plugin author)

The default Id used in the Clarity dashboard is in fact Clarity assigned user id, in addition to that you can see the bubble user id under "Custom filters" > Custom tags > Select tag (dropdown) > BubbleUserId .. if that doesn't work or if there any other issue please contact our support email:
