place the element on the design screen at the very very top corner or make sure it's holding group is visible when you run the 'initialize NoSleep' workflow action.
place any clickable element on the screen

give that element an id

add 'initialize NoSleep' to your page load workflow action

feed the clickable elementid to the workflow action

voila!


you should make sure your users are aware they are clicking something that will make their screen stay on.
