This light-weight plugin allows you to open a new window of specified URL, width, height, and location.
In order to avoid most popup-blockers, you must use a "trusted event" <see https://www.w3.org/TR/DOM-Level-3-Events/#trusted-events> such as a button click to open the window.

Some browsers will not support the features of this plugin. However, it has been tested on:
