The plugin works fine on my side but is there a way we can remove the about.blank and date at the top andbottom

This version supports printing from element by id and also seems to work well on Safari, which isn't the case for some of the other. Thank you for a great plugin.

Takes a little while to render and the print by ID is appearing with no styles and often the dialog opens before the page is rendered, making it appear blank! Thanks for taking the time to make this!
