Install the plugin
Add the Element "Product Fruits" to your page.

On the plugin tab put in your Product Fruit workspace id

(find this in you Product Fruits Editor)

Within you page workflows implement the Plugin events
"launch custom chat" - ie implement whatever workflow you have to start your custom chat

Within your worklfow implement whatever makes sense when your custom chat is closed.

eg in "popup is closed"
