Instructions

Download the plugin and configure it straight from the plugin page. 

For settings that ask for color: you could put in a hexacode or word (for example: #000000 or black). The hexacode must have "#" before the number. 

The fields that said optional is truly optional. Optional fields are for development and required fields are for both development and live.

Absolutely useless plugin

The only thing you can change, is basically the font colour of the checked box, you can't change the background colour, nor make the font different. Absolutely useless. Don't install and save yourself money buy adding your own custom HTML
