1. Click your Repeating Group element 2. Go to Appearance tab → scroll to bottom → ID Attribute
3. Type a unique ID e.g. orders-rg

4. Add "Export to CSV" action to a button workflow
5. Fill in the fields:

  • rg_element_id → ID you set on the RG e.g. orders-rg
  • headers       → comma separated column names
                    e.g. Order, Name, Email, City
                    leave empty to export data only
  • file_name     → downloaded file name (default: export)

MULTIPLE RGs ON SAME PAGE:
  Give each RG a different ID:
  • RG 1 → orders-rg
  • RG 2 → customers-rg
  • RG 3 → products-rg
  Each export button uses its own RG ID independently ✅

IMPORTANT:
  ⚠️ Exports all rows currently rendered by Bubble in the RG - not all database records
  ⚠️ If RG uses pagination → only current page exports
  ⚠️ Set RG to "Full list" for complete data export
  ⚠️ Images and icons are automatically skipped - text content only
