This plugin integrates the Snipcart shopping cart into your Bubble app. Just add the "Add to cart" element of this plugin to a product on a page or products in a grid and you can start selling physical or digital product.

The plugin comes with three elements
 - Add to cart button
 - Open cart button
 - An icon which shows how many products a user added to his cart.

Instructions

First of all create an account on https://snipcart.com
Open your dashboard here https://app.snipcart.com/dashboard/account/credentials and copy your Snipcart API-Key.

Now go to the Snipcart plugin page in Bubble and paste the key in the SNIPCART-API-KEY field.

Before you can use the "Add to cart" button you should create a database thing in Bubble with this fields:
 - ID / text
 - File ID / text - data-item-file-guid (optional for digital products)
 - Name / text
 - Decscription / text
 - Price / number
 - Image / image

After that you should create some sample products.
Create a repeating group for your products. Add our plugin to a cell. The plugin has five properties to make things work. Set the properties to the respective values of your products in the repeating group. For the data-item-id please use your name field of your product. Please make shure that the name is unique.

That's all. You can add products to the Snipcart cart.
Enjoy selling your products.

To make it easy for your users to open the cart add the Snipcart items count element and the Snipcart open cart element to your main navigation on your site. See demo page.

No digital products possible?

We are setting up a store with digital items (audiobooks). After the item is uploaded in the dashboard, it creates a GUID that we are suppose to insert into the data-item-file-guid in the product on the page. The pugin does not have such a field in the element. How does it work?

The data-item-file-guid in Snipcart is optional.

Please explain in detail what is not working. Did you create the product in Bubble as described in the plugin documentation? I need more informations to give you support. (plugin author)
