No API keys or configuration required. Simply add the SurveyKiln Builder or SurveyKiln Form element to your page and resize it to fill your desired area.
Builder Element - place on admin/editor pages. Set the Survey JSON property to pre-load an existing survey. Use the "Survey Saved" and "Survey Published" events in your workflows to capture and store the survey JSON to your database.
Form Element - place on respondent-facing pages. Set the Survey JSON property from your database. Use the "Form Completed" event to capture the Response JSON state and save it.
