1. Drag the "Table of Contents" element onto your Bubble page.
2. Put the where you want the table of contents to appear. For example in a Floating Group.
3. If your page has a fixed header, say from a Floating Group ie there is some fixed off set of where your content starts - set the offset in the Plugin - see the example Bubble app
4. There is an option - default off - to turn on a link to the Plugin page

Dear Plugin Developer, I hope this message finds you well. I've been using your Table of Contents (ToC) plugin for my blog on Bubble.io and have found it to be very useful. However, I've encountered an issue that I think could be improved upon in future updates. Issue: I have a page that contains two groups: Group 1 displays a list of blog post cards. Group 2 shows the detailed content of a selected blog post. Both groups are hidden by default and are made visible conditionally. The issue arises when I click on a card in Group 1 to view a detailed post in Group 2. The ToC generated by the plugin reads the headers from both Group 1 and Group 2, even when Group 1 is hidden. Current Workaround: To make the ToC display correctly, I've added a workflow that includes a delay of 600ms and changes the header tags in Group 1 to "Normal." While this works, it is not an ideal solution and could potentially lead to maintenance issues down the line. Suggested Improvements: Selective Scanning: It would be extremely helpful if the plugin could offer a feature to selectively scan headers from a specific group or set of groups. Perhaps this could be implemented via a CSS selector or a similar identifier. Dynamic Refresh: A dynamic refresh feature that updates the ToC based on currently visible groups could also solve this issue. Timing Control: Additional control over the timing of when the ToC is generated would be useful, to avoid the need for manual delays in the workflow. I hope you find this feedback useful. I believe that these features would make the plugin more versatile and useful for a wider range of applications. Would be easier to direct message me in the forum @lindsay_knowcode or email me lindsay@knwocode.tech. There is already a "refresh" action specifically to help with the issue you mention. It should stop you needing all these work-arounds. As and when your page has controls that make new content visible, you could additionally invoke the refresh. If you wish to selectively exclude some headers - one way is to not tag them with H1, H2, H3 styles I'd really prefer a 5* review so why not contact me directly to chat?
