Just insert the "Text to Array" visual element on the screen (let it not be visible) and trigger the plugin's "Convert text to array" Workflow commands, complemented with the text you want and the delimiter you want to use for this.
To obtain the result of the conversion, click on the "Result" field of the "Text to Array" visual element.
