Simply install the plugin and modify the styles from the plugin page. The custom scroll bars will applied globally to all scrollbars on your app.
If you want to have different styled scrollbars on different pages or want it to work with our dark mode plugin you can drag the element to your page and set your colour scheme from there overriding either the default styles or any styles set on the plugin page.
you can then set a conditional statement to change the colour scheme dependent on the users dark mod setting as you would any other element.
