📄 Instructions for automated PDF printing in Windows.
▶️ On your Windows computer, download and install our software client available on our website:
https://webprinter.bubbleapps.io/version-test/clientsoftware-v3If everything went well with the installation you should receive a notification in Windows: Print service running in the background.
▶️ in the bottom right corner of Windows, next to WIFI and Bluetooth, our incone (webprinter) should appear, right-click on it, and then on 'Settings',
The settings panel will open, in the print types, select the printer on which you should receive that type of print job.
▶️ Click save and then close.
▶️ Add text to your page, and set it to receive the status of communication with the client software.
▶️ add the "Webprinter client software" element, and make sure it is visible, otherwise there will be no communication.
▶️ add a button, and from there, trigger a 'print PDF' workflow in the Webprinter Client element.
▶️ fill in the type of printer that was configured in the Client software, the URL of the PDF, the ID of the print job to receive feedback, the number of copies
and whether you want to show the notification on windows.
▶️ open your page in the browser, and perform the printing tests.
