Fabric Cost Calculation Plugin
The Fabric Cost Calculation Plugin is designed specifically for textile manufacturers, fabric designers, and production planners. It provides an accurate calculation of the cost of greige (undyed) woven fabrics based on raw material costs, including warp and weft yarn prices, as well as manufacturing costs. By taking into account various input parameters such as yarn count, fabric construction, density, and wastage factor, this plugin gives you detailed and precise cost estimations per meter of fabric.

Key Features:
- Calculate warp and weft yarn weights and costs.
- Compute total fabric cost per meter, including manufacturing costs.
- Support for different yarn units: Denier, Nm, and Ne.
- Handles decimal separator differences between commas and dots for easier data entry.
- Error validation for accurate inputs, ensuring reliable output values.

Whether you're planning production, quoting costs to customers, or simply estimating expenses, the Fabric Cost Calculation Plugin streamlines the process, allowing you to make informed and confident decisions.

Instructions

Instructions for Using the Fabric Cost Calculation Plugin:
1. Input Values: The plugin requires several input values to calculate the fabric cost. Please provide all required values as follows:
  - Warp Density (e.g., 60): The number of warp threads per unit width of the fabric.
  - Warp Yarn Count (e.g., 120): The yarn count for warp threads.
  - Warp Yarn Unit (e.g., "Denier", "Nm", "Ne"): The unit of the warp yarn count.
  - Warp Price (e.g., 6.30): The cost of the warp yarn per kilogram.
  - Warp Wastage Factor (e.g., 1.1): The wastage factor for warp yarn, typically a percentage value greater than 1.
  - Weft Density (e.g., 22): The number of weft threads per unit width of the fabric.
  - Weft Yarn Count (e.g., 28): The yarn count for weft threads.
  - Weft Yarn Unit (e.g., "Denier", "Nm", "Ne"): The unit of the weft yarn count.
  - Weft Price (e.g., 2.70): The cost of the weft yarn per kilogram.
  - Reed Width (e.g., 170): The width of the fabric on the loom, in centimeters.
  - Manufacturing Unit Cost (e.g., 0.03): The manufacturing cost per weft yarn, in dollars per pick.

2. Decimal Separator: If you use a comma as a decimal separator (e.g., "6,3"), it will automatically be converted to a dot (e.g., "6.3"). Ensure you input the correct format for the value.

3. Valid Values: All input values must be valid numbers. Negative values are not allowed. Please make sure to provide numbers greater than or equal to zero.

4. Output Values: The plugin will return the following calculated values:
  - Warp Yarn Denier: The denier value for the warp yarn.
  - Weft Yarn Denier: The denier value for the weft yarn.
  - Warp Weight per Meter: The weight of the warp yarn used per meter of fabric, in grams.
  - Weft Weight per Meter: The weight of the weft yarn used per meter of fabric, in grams.
  - Warp Cost per Meter: The cost of the warp yarn used per meter of fabric, in dollars.
  - Weft Cost per Meter: The cost of the weft yarn used per meter of fabric, in dollars.
  - Manufacturing Cost per Meter: The cost of manufacturing per meter of fabric, in dollars.
  - Total Fabric Cost per Meter: The total cost of the fabric per meter, in dollars.

5. Error Handling: If any input value is missing or invalid, the plugin will throw an error message indicating which value needs correction. Make sure all inputs are properly formatted and provided.
