This issue is fired whenever an unapproved collaborator is found in the "collaborator" section. By default, all collaborators are unapproved in Flusk and you have to approve them manually one by one in your Flusk dashboard in order to keep track of them.

In order to fix this issue, approve this collaborator manually by clicking "Approve collaborator".
