When you book a coaching session, we'll place a hold on your card amounting to your coach's hourly rate. Only after your coaching session has taken place will we charge your card for the authorized amount. Before that, the charge will be authorized but not yet captured, meaning the funds have not actually been removed from your account or transferred to your coach. This is much like a hotel placing a hold on your card for the value of a security deposit.
