Why isn't my Agency listed?

In order for your agency to be listed, you need to submit your account to be listed in the "Billing" page of your account. You can do that from your Account > Settings and then scroll down and click "Manage Profile."

From there you will see the "List my agency" toggle. Once you toggle that, it will be submitted to be reviewed and once reviewed on our end, it will be listed within the agencies page list.

If you have have already submitted your agency to be listed on the Agencies page, please note that these submissions are reviewed on a first-come-first-serve basis; the time it takes before the agency is reviewed varies depending on community demand but is usually 1-2 weeks. We can assure you that it will be reviewed as soon as possible.

Please note that we do not provide notification to Agencies when they have been rejected in the review process. If you've previously toggled on the "List my agency" setting and it is now off, this is an indicator the Agency was rejected and you can reach out to Support for more details.
