Because each third-party API is extremely different, our Bubble support team is rather limited in the support we are able to offer when it comes to custom API setups.

For the most comprehensive support here, I may suggest reaching out to the API provider! I can also recommend running the call on Postman, which is a free third-party service that allows you to test API calls and receive more thorough error details so you have a better sense of what could be going on. Do let us know if the call runs successfully in Postman but not the Bubble API Connector, as we'd certainly want to investigate any unexpected behavior that may be occurring with the API Connector itself.

I may also suggest searching through our forum to see if other Bubble users have been able to set up your particular API call before and how they were able to do so in their apps.
