Why didn't my workload units reset after I paid for my monthly subscription?

For apps on a monthly billing cadence, your billing period for your app plan ends on the same day of the next calendar month.

For all apps on Bubble, workload units are reset back to 0 at 12 AM UTC on the first day of every calendar month regardless of your monthly plan billing date.

Overages from each calendar month are calculated and billed on the last day of the month.

If your overages are disabled, you won't see any costs related to overages in your upcoming invoice, and your app will be unblocked upon workload unit reset.
