The foundation has good functionality. Template is a little cluttered. Issues: UI/UX isn't the best 3/10 Issues with variables: color: var(--color_bTIGF_default); background-color: var(--color_bTIFz_default); border-color: var(--color_bTIFy_default); You have to overwrite them and put it in Bubble's scripts/style header. I think that should be editable via the styles tab. The template has overridden styles which needs to be changed. At this price, AI model selectors should be included by default. Docs mention Stripe Customer Portal and Stripe Connect testing, but don’t show a full subscription lifecycle (webhooks, proration, entitlements). You’ll likely need to add metered usage for tokens and reconcile with Stripe events. No long-term memory or vector store. There’s no documented RAG/embeddings layer or message memory store beyond saving outputs to the Bubble DB. Global API keys pattern. Setup instructs you to paste OpenAI/Claude keys centrally. That’s fast, but it means one leaked key = compromise for all users; no per-user billing or key scoping out of the box. Stripe/billing checklist (missing pieces to add) Webhooks: checkout.session.completed, invoice.paid/failed, customer.subscription.updated/deleted. Entitlements: write a “Plan” → “Quota” map (daily/monthly tokens, concurrency, model access). Usage: meter tokens per request; reconcile to Stripe (metered billing or overage credits). Trials & cancellation: prorations and grace periods + UI in Account. And a lot more. Template isn't bad for a small startup providing generative AI, but anything else is not worth it.

I do not know how to code, but I had an idea of how to generate an app for my business. I purchased the template and at first I was overwhelmed. However, I found the app developer and ask the person to help do the initial configuration to get the app going, (adding the API, and getting the template off of demo). Once he did that I was able to customize the tools within the app to my liking. Very simple and easy. I am happy and very impressed.
