It has all of the relevant functions for your medical consultation and they work great across devices. I would add some way to authenticate or verify it's users in order to get a more reliable system for it's user's safety specially for it's medical data. It is responsive across all devices as it's developer states it, but it does look different on certain things such as the menu bar on mobile. Giving three stars as support is not what I expected to be. App is fully functional though.
