Hello, Levon here - founder at Zeroqode. Thanks for your feedback! We've tried to reach out to you directly by email but haven't heard back from you. Regarding the template doc section with Admin rights - yes, you just need to delete the element conditional formatting, and then you should be able to use the dashboard page features at fullest. In case you did some modifications to the template, it would be best to create a brand new app in Bubble (based on this template) just for testing purposes, and try the instructions again.
