Functions on the business dashboard locked

hi, may i know why all functions in the business dashboard are locked ???

First of all, thanks for your feedback, and we are really sorry for the experience you have had with our template.

We have resolved the issue you mentioned initially and have emailed you a few times. Please find our short guide here in case you missed our messages: 
In order to prevent regular users to modify the admin dashboard on demo version of the template, there is a security measure in place - part of the admin rights are limited. To remove any limitations please read the 'Admin panel restrictions' chapter of the Loyalty Template Documentation  where we explain how to enable the admin functions for you as the template owner.

Great Template but customization can be challenging.

This a very high quality template. If you plan to use it just as it is, right out of the box, then its an absolutely fabulous template and well put together, but if you require customization, especially if you're new to Bubble(which is the typical reason why one would purchase a template in the first place), it will be quite challenging. 

From an end user standpoint, it would probably provide a great experience, but as one who is trying to customize and tweak that experience, I've been struggling quite a bit.
