First of all, thank you for your review and we are really sorry for your experience.
We plan to update our templates' responsive design, but we don’t have a preliminary timeline for it now.
We’d like to share a few hints to help you to fix the issue:
1. Create another copy of the template you purchased. Just please be aware that if you have made any changes in your current app, they will not be saved. The copy comes with a default design.
To create a copy, please go to your Bubble account (the one you used for purchasing the template), choose the name of the template in the "Start from a template" dropdown: https://prnt.sc/24xearz
2. If you still want to try how the new responsive engine works on a certain page, please first create a copy of it. Thus in case something goes wrong, you can always get back to the previous setup. Learn more about new responsive engine https://manual.bubble.io/help-guides/responsive-engine-beta
