In this Quick Tip we're going to learn about the "User is logged in" event. To do this, we click to create a new event/workflow and navigate to "General" --> "User is logged in". Now if a user is logged in when they view this page, this workflow will run.
We use this event to trigger workflows for a logged-in user, meaning if the user hits this page with this event and they are logged in, it will trigger the subsequent actions. This is great for actions like showing alert messages, displaying data, or redirecting users to the right page, especially when you combine this event with a condition that checks something like the user's role.
Try this event out for yourself! We're excited to see what workflows you come up with.
That's it for this Quick Tip! For more, be sure to check out bubble.io/academy.
