Why are plugins that contain only native components and no web-specific actions being marked as supporting both Web and Native platforms in the plugin marketplace?

Any plugin with that includes backend functionality (server side actions, API calls) will be listed as supported for both platforms (Web and Mobile) in the plugin marketplace.
