Safari may sometimes prompt to auto-fill input fields in the editor with a saved username or password. This can happen if there's an input set up as an email field — Safari may then assume that a subsequent input is a password field and show the autofill prompt, even though that isn't the intended behaviour in the editor. This happens very infrequently and only on Safari.
