How can I change my username on the forum?
Reach out to our Support team and we can update the username for you. When you contact us, please include a link to your current forum profile and your preferred new username. Note that usernames must be unique, and they can only include numbers, letters, dashes, dots, and underscores.
Why can't I edit my post on the forum?
Forum posts are editable for 30 days after posting. If you are unable to edit your forum post, it is likely that this window has passed. We recommend replying to your post, or creating a new post with the updated information as a means of clarifying anything that has changed since the original post.
Is there a limit to how often I can post in the forum?
There is no limit to how often most users can post in the forum. However, for new users, you can sometimes hit a maximum number for your first day on the forum, at which point you will see a message explaining this if you try to post again.
Please also note that one of our Forum Guidelines is to keep the forum tidy, so if you are making duplicate posts or spamming the forum, you may see your posts taken down by our moderators.
Why has my forum post been flagged or hidden/unlisted?
Our forum is community-led, which means community members can flag forum posts that they suspect violate our Forum Community Guidelines.
When a post is flagged, it is sent to a forum moderator for review. After reviewing, the moderator determines whether the post violated our Community Guidelines and hides (unlists) it accordingly.
Can I merge my forum account with a different forum account?
Yes — contact our Support team and we can facilitate the process. When reaching out, please make sure you are writing in with the same email that is associated with your Forum account, and be sure to provide the link to your current forum profile along with the link to the forum profile you'd like to merge with.
