3D Secure (3DS) authentication is a security protocol designed to reduce fraud and ensure secure online payments. If you are experiencing issues with 3DS authentication while subscribing to a Bubble plan, follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

Common Issues with 3DS Authentication

  1. Bank Declines the Transaction: Your issuing bank may decline the payment if 3DS is not properly set up on your card.

  2. Browser Pop-ups Disabled: The 3DS authentication window may not appear if pop-ups are blocked.

  3. Outdated Payment Method: Using an outdated or unsupported card can lead to payment failures.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Guide

  1. Verify with Your Card Issuer: - Contact your bank or card issuer to confirm that 3D Secure is enabled on your card. - If the transaction was declined, ask for the specific reason and ensure your card is authorized for online payments.
