How do I change the paying user of my subscription?

Please note that it is only possible to change the paying user of a subscription if the app is on a Professional plan or above.


In order to do this, you will need to invite the user as a collaborator on the app. You can do this by going to the app’s editor, clicking on Settings, selecting the Collaboration tab, typing in the new user’s email in the “Invite a user” field, and clicking “Invite”. The new user will need to assume responsibility for payment on the application’s plan by entering the app’s editor while logged into their account, and selecting the option in the App Plan tab.

Note: It is not possible to change the paying user of an Agency subscription. If this is something you are interested in, you can cancel your original Agency subscription and have the desired paying user create a new Agency subscription on their Bubble account. Please keep in mind that upon cancellation, the plan will be immediately downgraded regardless of how much time is left in your subscription period, and that we do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining time.
