We are not able to provide a static IP range for applications on the main cluster; however, we do understand that this is a highly-requested feature from our clients, and are continuing to evaluate the possibility of accommodating these requests.

In the meantime, static IPs are only available on our dedicated plans. Please contact our sales team to learn more. We can also suggest browsing our forum for alternative solutions, as a number of our other users have been able to successfully set up external databases without needing this static IP range.
