We encourage agencies to purchase seats for the exam in bulk so employees can get certified through them.
If you work for an agency, but get certified on your personal email, there are two options.
Your agency can add your certified personal email to its agency seat list.
You can contact us and we can transfer your certificate from your personal email to your agency email.
Freelancers should get certified using their personal Bubble account. Then, if you’re hired by an agency, that email associated with the certificate should be added to the agency's seat list.
If you leave the agency you were certified with, we can transfer your certificate from the agency email to your personal email until your certificate expires.
