Why are parts of the Full Calendar element not translated to the app's language?

The Full Calendar plugin utilizes FullCalendar (a separate library). FullCalendar manages its own translations and does not use Bubble's Days of the Week, Months, and other formats. As a result, some parts of the element may not be translated to the app's language.
